Reynolds is executive vice president of Imagine Technology Group LLC, Chandler, Arizona. He has nearly 30 years of office technology industry experience with 20 years of that being in leadership. Reynolds holds a degree in finance from Arizona State University. Throughout his long tenure in the industry, Reynolds has held positions in accounting and finance as CFO to president and general manager. His background in these areas support a strong connection to every aspect of the business, which makes him a great fit for Imagine Technology Group. Reynolds specializes in strategic planning and business development and enjoys successfully scaling a business for growth. He is a proponent of giving back to the community and leads the business to be the same.

Van Dyke, president and CEO of Advanced Office, a Southern California dealership, started out in the medical imaging and color computer graphics space and evolved his business into the office technology industry in the early 1980s. The company’s territory covers San Diego County to the northern part of Los Angeles County and east to the desert, covering six counties. As a traditional office technology dealership, Advanced Office has evolved by adding professional services and business process improvement offerings to assist customers in their digital transitions. Additionally, the company has a strong history of production print and wide format offerings. Van Dyke was one of the founding members and first president of the Select Dealer Group (SDG), a nationwide best practices group of office technology dealers. For the past 21 years, SDG has grown to become a significant place for dealers to continually hear what is working within dealerships as new technology and services are offered, and how to implement solutions, services and other business model changes for an ever-connected business community.

As founder and CEO of Triumph Technology Group, Tustin, California, Feld is a technology industry veteran and influencer who has extensive experience in leadership, marketing, operations and management. She has become an in-demand, award-winning national speaker on cybersecurity, business, technology and digital transformation. Feld was recently awarded CRN Top 100 Business Leader, nominated by the LA Business Journal for Entrepreneur of the Year and by the Small Business Administration as an Emerging Leader. A staunch diversity advocate, she has been nominated to WBEC-West for WBE Advocate of the Year the last three years, Supplier of the Year for Diversity Alliance for Science and served as a regional chair for WBEC-West as part of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Feld was instrumental in passing legislation in California to protect small businesses and volunteers on several local community boards and associations, including Vital Link of Orange County, which provides STEM opportunities for local underserved communities. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California Irvine and her advanced graduate education from the Stanford Graduate School of Management Program, UCLA MDE Program and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Before starting Triumph Technology Group, Feld had a wide range of corporate and private industry experience, including working for NBC/Universal, the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power and the City of Irvine. She found her passion for cybersecurity while working with one of her national clients whose systems had been hacked. Since then, Feld has been consulting, guiding and speaking to corporations and small business owners on how to be strategically secure, and build training and awareness programs to protect their valuable business and data assets. She is focused on working with BTA to provide customized programs that can be tailored for internal use or for promoting to BTA clients. Feld lives in Southern California with her husband and two sons and enjoys traveling the world, biking and anything entertainment related.

Marshall is the president and co-founder of Copy Link Inc., an LLC located in Chula Vista, California. His passion for business and his community led him to become a founding member of BTA's Select Dealer Group (SDG), board chair for the YMCA and president of the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce. The opportunity to work alongside some of the greatest men and women in his community has helped shape Marshall both personally and professionally. He lives by the motto: “Become a hunter of blessings.” Marshall married his high-school sweetheart, Kimberley, and they are now celebrating more than 30 years of marriage, three amazing children and a new grandchild. Today, after experiencing life-changing events such as watching his children leave for college and start their lives, supporting his wife during serious health issues and losing his mother, Marshall has gained a renewed zest for life and again found the hidden blessings that come through challenging times. His optimistic point of view and passion to help others has been described as a breath of fresh air. Marshall's mission is to inspire, empower and motivate people to see the blessings in life and reach their full potential.

Goldsmith currently leads IT services for Regal Business Machines and Gateway Business Systems, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. He is a third-generation family member in the business, which was founded by Goldsmith’s grandfather in 1958. Regal/Gateway is a provider of IT services, managed print, VoIP and other technologies. It is authorized with Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark and HP in the Chicago area, as well as northwest Indiana. Goldsmith began his career as a civil engineer in the telecom industry after graduating from the University of Iowa. He later joined his family at its Chicago-area dealership. From a young age, Goldsmith knew that he had a passion for his family’s business and the transition has filled a lifelong dream.

Hastings is president and co-owner (along with his wife, Kathy) of Hogland Office Equipment, a West Texas family-owned business. He started his career with Hogland in June 1988. As Hastings celebrates 36 years in the office technology industry, he has enjoyed this business for many reasons — one being all the wonderful people he has met along the way. Miceli is president and CEO of Pulse Technology, a leading, multigeneration family business providing document solutions/MPS and managed network services/IT for the greater Chicago, Illinois, area, northern Indiana and Wisconsin. The company’s scope of services also includes videoconferencing, archiving, e-commerce, document solutions, office products, and the design and sale of office furniture. In the early 1970s, Miceli left the accounting industry to join the family business that his father, Vince Miceli, started in 1955. In 1988, he became an owner in the business following his father’s retirement. Under Miceli’s direction, the firm has expanded to include its headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois, as well as other locations in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Over the years, he has grown the company through acquisition of several Chicago-area companies, as well as an investment in two northern Indiana businesses, McShane’s and Kramer Leonard, both of which are under the umbrella of Pulse Technology. In 2019, Miceli led his company through a rebranding with a new name — Pulse Technology. In the last year, Pulse opened an office in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, area. Miceli has been an advisor and board member to a number of national trade associations and frequently speaks on issues related to MPS. He has also led his company to win awards including the Hyakuman Kai Award, the Elite Dealer Award and the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing businesses. Additionally, Pulse Technology has been named to the “Best Places to Work in Illinois” list by Workforce Research Group and media partner Daily Herald for 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Miceli resides in the Chicago area and is active in community organizations, including his local chamber of commerce and business associations.

Blake is vice president of operations at Corporate Business Systems, a family-run business located in Madison, Wisconsin. Corporate Business Systems has been a BTA member since its inception in 1998, and provides managed print and mailing solutions to Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Starting as a delivery driver in college and moving into his current position after graduation, Blake has worked in the industry for more than 17 years. He graduated from Edgewood College with a degree in finance, returning in 2020 to complete his Master of Business Administration. Playing sports his whole life, Blake found a niche with Brazilian jiu jitsu that morphed into a business he established with his instructors in 2021. Not wanting to waste a degree — or have any spare time — he also became interested in speculative investments such as cryptocurrency and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in mid-2021.

Renegar started his career with Kelly Office Solutions, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, while he was attending North Carolina State University, working in the warehouse and in Pure Water Technology sales during the summers. After coming to Kelly Office Solutions, Renegar single-handedly started the company's managed network services division. He went through the entire vetting process for the division and is a certified subject-matter expert. Renegar has grown the managed network services division from just himself to now managing six employees. He was named the director of managed network services in 2016. Renegar is an active member of the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce and has previously spoken at BTA events about managed IT services to educate other businesses on how to build and start their own managed network services businesses.

Creech has been employed with CopyPro Inc., located in Greenville, North Carolina, since May 1999. He started with the company as a setup and delivery technician, and has held several positions since then, including field technician, team leader, field service supervisor and, finally, his current role of director of service. As director of service, Creech oversees all field service activity and is responsible for ensuring that CopyPro maintains its excellent standard of service. Over the years, he has accrued vast industry knowledge. Creech’s ability to troubleshoot and quickly solve problems in the field has allowed the company to rise above the competition. He has won awards for Technician of the Year, Konica Minolta Technician of the Month and Service Manager of the Year. In 2022, Creech joined the BTA Southeast Advisory Board. He has a degree in electronic engineering technology from Lenoir Community College and was the captain of the school’s NJCAA basketball team. Creech remains an avid fan of the sport, as well as motorsports and hunting.

Renegar started his career with Kelly Office Solutions, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, while he was attending Western Carolina University, working deliveries and in the warehouse during the summers. After graduation, Renegar became a sales representative for the company's Pure Water Technology Division in 2016. With exceptional sales, he advanced through the ranks quickly to become the director of Pure Water Technology that same year. With Renegar's guidance, Kelly Office Solutions has expanded this division over the past three years to add ice makers, gourmet coffee and coffee makers. He graduated from Western Carolina University with a bachelor's degree in sales and marketing. He is an active member in the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce's under 40s group and has attended countless BTA events.

Hicks is president of Electronic Business Machines Inc. (EBM), an employee-owned company based in Lexington, Kentucky. He has been with EBM for 40 years. Hicks started in the board repair/design lab, moved to service manager and then became CEO when employees bought the company in 2001. EBM's main lines are Lexmark and Xerox. In addition to the company's local dealership, it still maintains a board repair and parts facility to support the dealer channel. Hicks has served on manufacturer advisory boards and EBM has been a member of NOMDA/ BTA for 47 years.

Seeley has been part of his family dealership, Seeley Office Systems Inc., Glens Falls, New York, for the past 16 years. Throughout his tenure, Seeley has held an array of positions, starting with deliveries and working his way up to president of client relations, which has been his title for the last three years. In Seeley’s current role, he is responsible for overseeing the sales team, maintaining relationships with major accounts and working with the management team to move the business forward. Seeley’s philosophy on growth and overall success for the company is to give back and give thanks to both clients and employees. Outside of his work life, Seeley enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his three young children. Otherwise, you might find Seeley playing golf, one of his favorite hobbies, at the local country club.

Pangborn is director of business analytics at Automated Business Solutions, located in Warwick, Rhode Island. Before coming to ABS in 2015, she had 38 years of industry experience at a small independent dealership and Konica Minolta, starting as a service dispatcher in the 1980s and moving through various other roles. During Pangborn’s time at ABS, she has been customer assurance manager, director of administration, director of operations and now, director of business analytics. Pangborn enjoys her family, her puppy and the beach. She is an avid New England Patriots fan and is a season ticket holder at both the New England Revolution and the Rhode Island Football Club. Pangborn is married to Jonathan, her husband of 34 years. They have one son, Zachary, 25, who is also a member of the ABS team. She has volunteered on various local community youth sports organization boards and served on the American Youth Soccer Regional Board as the CVPA from 2014-2018 and as president of the 715 Area for several years. Pangborn has been recognized for her contributions to youth soccer, as the New England Revolution Super Liga Coordinator of the Year in 2014. She was also awarded the Junior Seau Award of Excellence for her community involvement and service to youth sports in 2013.

Emmons is the major account manager and solutions expert at BASE Technologies Inc., Bethel, Connecticut. Throughout her years with the company, Emmons has held various roles including director of sales, information provider and sales representative. She manages a territory covering Connecticut and New York while overseeing accounts nationally, delivering tailored solutions and expert guidance to her clients. Emmons is the chair of the OPTIMUS Foundation Inc., the fundraising arm for OPTIMUS Health Care Inc., which focuses on programs supporting the health and social welfare of women, infants and children. She is committed to public service and strongly believes in Base Technologies' statement: “To better connect with the communities we serve, we must give back to organizations that support them.” In addition to Emmons’ leadership role with the OPTIMUS Foundation, she volunteers with the New Milford Youth Baseball and Softball Association as secretary and is a member of the New Milford Parks and Recreation board. Emmons previous community service includes regional hospice and home care and RVNA Health. She is enrolled in New Haven University's Women in Leadership professional development program and provides curriculum advice. Emmons holds a bachelor of business administration in marketing from Western Connecticut State University and is currently pursuing her master's degree there.

Dellaposta is COO of Doing Better Business (DBB), located in Hagerstown, Maryland. He started working at his parents' company, Word Processing Services Inc. (WPS), during high school in the warehouse and eventually became COO of the company in 2002. While COO of WPS, Dellaposta served on the Ricoh National Dealer Council. Before WPS, he served as a territory manager for both Ansell and Baxter International Inc. Dellaposta, along with his siblings, created DBB and acquired the assets of Van Dyk Business Systems in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Total Service Inc. in Latrobe, Pennsylvania; WPS in Hagerstown, Maryland; Pro Business Solutions in Boardman, Ohio; Canton Business Machines in Canton, Ohio; Multiscope Document Solutions in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Cooper Business Machines in Erie, Pennsylvania. His mission at DBB is to help the family-owned-and-operated organization provide industry-leading technology and services to its customers, enabling them to focus on their core businesses while becoming increasingly successful. DBB has experienced tremendous growth over the past four decades and Dellaposta would like to continue to improve the company's overall market presence through mergers, acquisitions and strong organic growth. A large part of the philosophy and culture of DBB includes giving back to the community. To that end, he sought out and was recently elected to the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Washington County, Maryland. Dellaposta earned his Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Maryland and his Master of Business Administration from Frostburg State University.
