The Business Technology Association (BTA) is now promoting the Capture the Magic event, to be hosted by BTA West and open to dealers from across the country. The event will take place June 17-19, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach in Huntington Beach, California.
During the event, there will be two special reception sponsorship opportunities:
Opening Night Reception - Monday, June 17
BTA member Advanced Office will host dealers from 6 to 8 p.m. at its headquarters in Irvine, California. The evening will provide dealers a unique opportunity to tour Advanced. Transportation will be provided to the reception from the hotel.
Bob Goldberg Appreciation Reception - Tuesday, June 18
On June 30, 2024, Bob Goldberg will retire from his service as general counsel for the Business Technology Association (BTA). This special reception will allow dealers and vendors to pay tribute to Bob and thank him for his many years of loyal service to the office technology industry. The evening will also include a performance by The Rolling Stones tribute band, SATISFACTION.
The reception will also provide the opportunity to raise funds for the BTA Scholarship Foundation. Contributions made to the BTA Scholarship Foundation in conjunction with the reception honoring Bob will be used to fund additional BTA scholarships in his honor.

PLEASE NOTE: All exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis to BTA Vendor and Consultant/Trainer members ONLY.
EXHIBITING SPONSORSHIP CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY:
The exhibiting sponsorship fee is due 30 days prior to the event. If an exhibiting sponsorship is cancelled prior to 60 days out from the start of the event, a full refund of any payment received will be issued. If cancellation is made between 59 and 31 days out from the start of the event, 50% of the sponsorship fee will be due immediately upon receipt of cancellation.
No portion of the exhibiting sponsorship fee will be refunded for cancellations received 30 or fewer days out from the start of the event, nor will any remaining balance due at the time of the cancellation be waived. Any company that cancels and fails to remit the required payment will be prohibited from exhibiting or attending future BTA events until the account is paid in full. Forfeited payments will not be held as a credit or applied to a future BTA event.
- 100% refund for cancellations made 60 days prior to the event.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 59-31 days prior to the event.
- 0% refund for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the event.
- Payment must be received 30 days before the first day of the event.
